Refunds & Returns:
If you received the wrong item or are dissatisfied with the item when you receive it, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided that the item is in resaleable condition, with all labels and original packaging. Call us to explain the problem, and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Mail the item(s) to us, properly packaged, shipping paid, and adequately insured, with the RA clearly marked on the outside of the box. After we receive the returned item(s), we will mail a refund check to you within 10 working days. If you received the wrong item, mail the box COD for shipping and insurance. No returns accepted after 10 days after you have received the item(s).
Product warranty/guarantee:
All frogg toggs® items carry a manufacturer’s one year guarantee against defects in materials and manufacturing. For warranty problems, please contact frogg toggs® at the telephone number on the label sewn into the garment.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during your checkout at our online store. There is a shipping cost chart on our printed order form.
Sales tax: 8% Texas state sales tax is added to all shipments to a Texas address. We do not charge sales tax to residents of other states.
Delivery times: Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Backorders: If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will call you within a day or two of you placing your order.
Privacy Policy
Rain Or Shine does not, and will not, give, sell, loan, trade, or otherwise provide information to anyone else except as required by law or court order.
We will not send you anything that you did not request except as might be required in the normal course of doing business with you.
